Regent Healthcare
Regent Healthcare offers the highest quality home care services. We maintain state licences in each state we service. In addition to state licensure we are also accredited by The Joint Commission (JCAHO), an independent third-party review organization. This Accrediation drives us to maintain the highest standards in homecare.
Our tenured Client Services team will review your needs and are able to provide caregivers for as little as 4 hours to 24/7 care. We adhere to a thorough screening process which includes: an in person interview, skill testing, drug testing, criminal background check, reference and license verification. This enables us to select insured, well qualified, and experienced caregivers suitable for your most demanding requirements.
Home care services generally fall into the 3 categories listed below. The level of service needed is based on the duties to be performed and the skill level of the caregiver needed to perform these duties.
The three levels of service are:
Companion Services:
This level of care is non-medical and provides care services which include companionship and supervision, help with home tasks such as medication reminders, laundry, errands and light housekeeping.
Personal Care Services:
This level of care requires that our caregiver be certified, report to and be supervised by our Registered Nurse (RN) on staff, and follow our RN developed care plan. They will be assisting and helping with all activities of daily living such as: personal care, meal preparation/feeding, dressing, bathing, grooming, and ambulation.
Skilled Nursing Services:
The highest skill service level is associated with providing a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for treatment or rehabilitation services for patients at home. Services provided generally include medical, wound care, pain, medication management, and nursing care services.
